These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaaSBlast website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purchases and Licensing

Purchases of the SaaSBlast template or related assets are licensed, not sold, and are governed by the applicable Commercial License or EULA made available at the time of purchase. The Lifetime plan grants a perpetual license with lifetime updates. The Yearly plan grants a license while the subscription remains active and paid.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time purchases. If SaaSBlast does not meet your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with operation. You may not use the Services to violate any law or third‑party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

SaaSBlast and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by an applicable license, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

5. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate with third‑party services such as payment providers (e.g., Gumroad). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASBLAST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
